Before you book.
How do I book a tour?
The easiest way is to message us on WhatsApp. Tell us which tour you’re interested in, your preferred dates, and how many people — we’ll take it from there. Email works too if you prefer.
How far in advance should I book?
A few days ahead is usually enough. During peak season (June–November), a week’s notice is ideal. We’re flexible — if we can fit you in last-minute, we will.
What payment methods do you accept?
Cash (USD, ZAR, or meticais) and bank transfers. Payment details are shared when you confirm your booking. Card payments are coming soon.
What’s your cancellation policy?
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before departure. 50% refund for cancellations 12–24 hours before. No refund for same-day cancellations. If we cancel due to weather, you get a full refund or free reschedule.
Can you help with accommodation and transfers?
Absolutely. We don’t run accommodation ourselves, but we know the best options in Vilankulo for every budget and can help arrange airport transfers and local transport.
Is it safe to travel to Mozambique?
Southern Mozambique, where Vilankulo is located, is safe for tourists. The security concerns you may have read about are in the far north (Cabo Delgado) — over 2,000 km away. Vilankulo is in Inhambane Province, known as the “Land of Good People.”
